- How do I tell if a list is small or large?
- Every list shows its verified-unit count on the product page. 250+ units = large ($99), under 250 = small ($69). The price is shown right next to the unit count, so there are no surprises.
- Why two tiers and not flat?
- Larger lists take more sourcing and verification work, so the larger price reflects that. We considered per-record pricing and rejected it — nickel-and-diming on direct-mail data feels lousy. Two tiers keeps the math obvious.
- Per-record pricing?
- Nope. Whether you buy a 60-unit list or an 800-unit list, it's one flat price within its tier.
- Refunds?
- Free 25-row sample available before purchase via FAQ. After purchase, refunds are reviewed case-by-case for confirmed data quality issues.
